The three pillars
What the program is built on
Mental strength coaching
Eight sessions, one per week, self-paced at 30–45 minutes each — built around what college coaches actually evaluate at tournaments: core values, goals, confidence, a check-in system, triggers, handling adversity, time management, and the elevator speech. Pre- and post-program evaluations for both the student and the parent.
Interactive Player Profile®
One link that gives a college coach everything: highlight video, tournament history, academic info, a coach testimonial, the upcoming schedule, and a verified mental performance training credential. Tom McCurdy personally reviews every profile before it ever goes to a coach.
Complete college recruiting system
A target school database from D1 through JUCO, a class-year checklist, word-for-word outreach email templates, coach communication guidance, campus visit preparation, and offer evaluation — the whole recruiting process, systemized.

Live with Tom McCurdy
Four webinars plus graduation
Every webinar: Adam teaches the mental performance concept — Tom connects it directly to what he watched for as a college coach. All webinars are recorded for students who can't attend live.
- Week 1 · 60 min
Orientation + IPP walkthrough
Tom leads the IPP walkthrough from a college coach's perspective — what he looked for, what moved the needle, why it changes everything.
- Week 3 · 60 min
Confidence & recruiting
Tom connects the confidence framework to real recruiting decisions — what body language tells a coach about a recruit.
- Week 5 · 75 min
Triggers, pressure & what coaches see
Tom shares the specific moments at tournaments that told him whether a recruit could handle college competition.
- Week 7 · 60 min
Outreach, communication & elevator speech
Students practice their elevator speech live. Tom gives real-time feedback on what made him respond to a recruit's email versus delete it.
- Week 8 · 60 min
Graduation
Tom's final recruiting talk. Students leave with a completed IPP, a trained mental game, and a recruiting roadmap.
