Compete & Commit
The 8-week program for student-athletes who intend to play in college — mental strength coaching, a recruiting profile a coach will actually open, and the complete system for getting recruited. Built with a former Division I head coach.

The idea
Two words, and they are in order
Compete is about how your athlete shows up when it counts: composed, confident, present, and unbothered by the last bad play. That is a trainable skill, and most student-athletes have never been taught it.
Commit is what makes it stick — and what gets them recruited. A trained mental game, a profile built the way a college coach wants to see it, and an outreach system that turns talent into offers.
College coaches recruit character and mindset as much as talent. This program was built by the coach who trained the mindset — and the head coach who recruited it.
Inside the program
Three pillars, eight weeks
Everything a student-athlete needs to compete mentally and get recruited — in one block of work.
Mental strength coaching
Eight sessions, one per week, self-paced at 30–45 minutes each — built around what college coaches actually evaluate at tournaments: core values, goals, confidence, a check-in system, triggers, handling adversity, time management, and the elevator speech. Pre- and post-program evaluations for both the student and the parent.
Interactive Player Profile®
One link that gives a college coach everything: highlight video, tournament history, academic info, a coach testimonial, the upcoming schedule, and a verified mental performance training credential. Tom McCurdy personally reviews every profile before it ever goes to a coach.
Complete college recruiting system
A target school database from D1 through JUCO, a class-year checklist, word-for-word outreach email templates, coach communication guidance, campus visit preparation, and offer evaluation — the whole recruiting process, systemized.

State championships, All-American selections, college scholarships — the results page is full of them. This is what it sounds like from the parents.
Fit
Who gets accepted
Cohorts are capped at 30 athletes on purpose. We take the ones who will do the work — including turning away athletes whose parents want this more than they do.
- Student-athletes serious about playing in college
- The athlete wants this — not just the parent
- Willing to do 30–45 minutes of mental training each week
- Ready for honest feedback rather than reassurance
- Chasing a specific outcome: a roster spot, a scholarship, a level
- Able to show up on time and do what they said they'd do
Next cohort
30 spots. Reviewed by a coach, not a form.
The next cohort is forming now — next session dates to be announced. Tell us about your athlete and we'll set up a conversation before anyone commits to anything.
