College recruiting
Talent doesn't get recruited. Visibility does.
The recruiting side of what we do, without the full program: a target school plan, outreach that gets answered, and a profile built the way college coaches actually want to see it.
The problem
Good athletes get missed every year
Most families approach recruiting backwards: a highlight video posted somewhere, a few emails sent too late, and a lot of waiting. Meanwhile, coaches are recruiting the athletes who made themselves easy to evaluate.
College coaches recruit character and mindset as much as talent — and they can only recruit what they can see. Our job is to make your athlete visible, credible, and easy to say yes to.
What's included
The recruiting system
Target school plan
A realistic list from D1 through JUCO, matched to your athlete's game, academics, and goals — not a dream board.
Outreach that gets answered
Word-for-word email templates, timing by class year, and what to send when — built from what a former D1 head coach actually responded to.
A profile that gets opened
One link with everything a coach needs: video, tournament history, academics, schedule, and a verified mental performance credential.
Coach communication
How to handle calls, follow-ups, and interviews — including the elevator speech your athlete will actually say out loud.
Campus visits
How to prepare, what to ask, and how to leave a visit having helped your case instead of hoping you did.
Offer evaluation
When offers come, how to compare them — fit, money, playing time, and the questions most families don't know to ask.

Who this is for
If your athlete also needs the mental game work, look at Compete & Commit — it includes this entire system. This page is for families who only need the recruiting side.
- High school athletes within two years of signing
- Families who haven't started outreach — or started and heard nothing
- Athletes with the game but no plan for getting seen
- Parents who want a system, not a spreadsheet they built at midnight

Tell us about your athlete
Every enquiry is read by a coach. We'll come back to you personally — usually within one business day — with honest feedback on where your athlete stands.
