Portrait of Adam Tannehill

CEO & Founder

Adam Tannehill

Certified Life & Mental Strength Coach, CMC & LPC

Adam Tannehill is the life and mental strength coach who turns obstacles into opportunities and setbacks into setups for success. With his guidance, athletes master the mental game and meet life's toughest challenges with confidence and resilience.

He founded The Athletic Advisor to close the gap he kept seeing: athletes training their bodies every single day, and almost never training the way they think. That gap is what separates good from great, and great from recruited.

Fred Koepp

Portrait of Tom McCurdy

Director of Recruiting

Tom McCurdy

Former D1 Head Coach, Wichita State University

Tom McCurdy is the former head women's golf coach at Wichita State University. He spent years on the other side of the recruiting table — watching juniors at tournaments, reading their emails, and deciding who got an offer and who got deleted.

In Compete & Commit, Tom co-leads the live webinars and personally reviews every Interactive Player Profile® before it goes to a college coach. When he tells an athlete what a coach sees, it isn't theory — it's what he actually did.

Shannon Moore

Shannon keeps everything behind the scenes running so coaches can stay focused on athletes. She handles scheduling, onboarding, and family communication — and she is usually the first friendly voice a new family hears.
