Coaching
One athlete. One coach. Every month.
This is not a course and it is not a group program. Every athlete gets a coach, a plan, and standing sessions built around their season.
What's included
Six pillars in every program
How much of each your athlete gets depends on the plan — but nothing here is an upsell.
Mental performance training
Focus, composure, self-talk, and pressure response — trained with drills, not slogans. Athletes get something to practice, not something to remember.
Pre-competition routine
A repeatable sequence the athlete runs before every event so their best performance stops depending on how they happen to feel that morning.
Goal setting & accountability
Weekly targets that ladder into season goals, with a coach who checks in and tells the truth about what actually got done.
Recruiting strategy
Who to contact, what to send, how to follow up, and how to handle the call or campus visit so coaches remember your athlete.
Parent & coach support
Resources and alignment calls so the adults around the athlete reinforce the same language instead of adding pressure.
Personalized action plan
A written plan built around your athlete's sport, season, schedule, and the specific thing currently getting in the way.
The process
What the first 90 days look like
- 01
Free game plan call
A 30-minute conversation with a coach. We learn the athlete, the sport, the season, and what is actually getting in the way.
- 02
Build the plan
Your athlete gets a personalized mental performance plan: the routines, the language, and the goals that fit their life and their calendar.
- 03
Coach every week
One-on-one sessions, drills between sessions, and honest accountability. Parents and coaches stay in the loop so everyone speaks the same language.
- 04
Compete differently
Composure under pressure, confidence that holds after a bad play or a bad half, and a recruiting approach that gets the athlete noticed.
Fit
Who this is for
A strong fit
- Athletes aged 12–22 serious about playing at the next level
- Families who want the athlete developed as a person, not just a player
- Athletes whose practice quality is better than their competition quality
- Anyone starting the recruiting process without a plan
Probably not a fit
- Looking for a guaranteed scholarship or a shortcut
- The athlete is not the one who wants this
- Expecting change without weekly reps between sessions
- Needing clinical mental health treatment rather than performance coaching
